Nav Buttons

As you all can see i have changed the text on the navigation bar buttons. There are 3 different types, could you all please give me your opinion as to which you prefer.
1. Home / Forum / Calendar
2. Gallery / Members
3. Profile / Messages / Log Out
I prefer the white text ones but not sure which! 1/2 for me, edging towards 1.....I think!

i like the ones writen in the first 3, but the ones on profile, messages and log out are weird the H looks like an S so it makes the HOME page look like SOME lol or maybe thats just me
